Payment methods
When you are ready to finalise payment on your purchase, we have the following options:

• Credit card online
• Paypal
• Bank transfer or cheque

Credit card online
Purchasing online with your credit card is the most convenient way of buying from our web site. Choose your products and fill in credit card information in our secure order form and we will bill your credit card.

We accept: Visa & Mastercard.

Your card details will be securely processed, after you press submit, through Australian payment gateway provider named Stratapay. You will be taken to the Stratapay payment pages to complete your payment. Processing should take no longer than 5 seconds on the Stratapay site, after which you will be advised of the status of your transaction, emailed with a confirmation of your order and brought back to the Avenues for Change website.

Your credit card details are used for one transaction only. Your personal details are secured with 128 bit encryption while in transit to the Payment gateway.

Your credit card will be billed to Stratapay Pty Ltd and your credit card numbers are not stored. See Transaction Security for more information.

• For the transaction to process, your address on your credit card statement must match your customer address in the order form. You can have a different delivery address.
• A valid telephone number, either fixed line or mobile, is essential on the order form, as we may need to telephone you before shipping the goods.
• It is essential to enter your email address on the order form.
• The purchaser's name must be the same as the cardholder name, except if you are a registered corporate customer.
• Unauthorised credit card usage may result in prosecution under relevant state and federal laws. We reserve the right to refuse a transaction, prior to processing or shipping, where we suspect that a credit card is being used without the card holder’s permission.

Paypal
Select Paypal as your payment method on our order and user your Paypal account to pay securely with your credit card or bank account. If you are not a Paypal member, its free to join.

Payment by bank transfer and cheque
To select payment by bank transfer or cheque, call us and we will discuss your transaction, then we can email or post you an invoice with our bank details and postal details. Payment by cheque is the slowest of our payment options.

Receipt
At the end of the payment process, you will be emailed a receipt in Tax invoice format. With phone order your Tax invoice will be sent with the goods.
